Default Civic rims

Hey guys! New to this forum. I bought a 2012 Honda Civic LX Coupe in April and I love it! I slapped a Takeda axle back exhaust on it and now I do want to put rims on it instead of the hideous wheels it came with (Hubcaps). Now don't get me wrong. I love them but I am always scouring craigslist for new rims. And what do you know? Guy is selling OEM 2014 Honda Civic Si Alloy rims! 4 for $400. Just the rims. Only got a 1,000 miles on it (Or so he says...I will be the judge if that). Now I am
still new to replacing rims. Especially ones with sensors in them. My rims now is of course 5x114.3 same with the rims I am looking at. I am probably going to get low profiles if I get these rims. They are about an inch bigger in diameter. Now is the sensor replaceable? Or does it come with the rims? I have no idea how they work with these newer cars. I do know that I do not want to disable the TPMS tire sensor because it would void the warranty. Its also the reason why I would like to buy OEM civic rims instead of aftermarket rims. Thanks for your help!

sensors can be replaced. Sensors should be compatible with aftermarket wheels as well. The shop can/will have to recalibrate your "system" (for lack of a better term). I have a buddy who works in a tire/general maintenance shop and saw him removing them and replacing. The car getting the work done had a failed sensor in one of the wheels.
