Hi my name is Dannii, Im new to the Honda Civic Forum, just wanted to say hello. My civic is an 1996 hatch and so far I have spent $14 000 Australian on it. I've done the custom paint, rims, and stereo and of course the obligitory under car neon kit. Im going to do the interior all in white marine vinyl, but im still looking for kick *** ideas on engine conversions. so far i am tossing up with the idea of a spoon integra engine and adding a T066 onto it. Was also considering an SR20. If anyone has any really awesome performance ideas, im listening. i want some serious horses to play with, not some fly by night extractors job. Any ideas???? Welcome. I've never heard of an sr20 in a civic. Is it popular in Australia?

 

SR20 seems like it would be alot of work. you could just swap in a b16 and get the vortech supercharger. thats like 280 whp.

Id really love to post a pic of my car but i don't know how. i could email you a pic if you like, i had photos of it posted on boostcruising.com, (im the girl standing beside it with my hands on my hips) at the gold coast. As for the b16 with the vortec, I actually considered the b22 with a vortec, that would be more fun. appreciate the ideas guys, keep em coming!
