Hey, I'm new to the Civic realm...

With this question I know most people are going to be thinking just use the Search button, or something to that effect....and the answer is Yes, I have...I have done quite a bit of reading and learning actually...

But the question is pretty simple actually...Just need to know for sure, will the B16A1 swap into my 1989 Civic STD(ED6). But too add to that it has a japanese VIN number(dont know if this is just my car being rare-ish or lots are like this) but the VIN starts with JHMED if that helps with anything...
