Thanks for all the responses.
I just found out the SI requires premium fuel, which cost 10cents more a litre, so with that I am thinking I will go with the EX. Plus I think the insurance is more on the SI as well.

well the way i see it............. the bodies look the same 
buy the EX.... and if ya dont care about as good of gas milage then ya can always sway the motor for one outta a SI
BUT for me main reason for buying my civic was straight milage! thats why i got a EX and im personaly gonna keep it that way!
tho ive added a few goodies and want to add a few more or BETER goodies i should say.LOL so far ive slaped on a cheap intake and a cheap header. ill take my 38mpg highway anyday over power.... expetialy with todays gas prices! if i want to smoke the tires i got my truck and old school impala for that.LMFAO and the impala definatly has NO PROBLEM lighten em up!

Wanna be original? Got a lot of time and money? Get a 2007 Civic Type-R. Good luck! Otherwise, the Si is the way to go. Wait, you said litre up there didn't you? Are you lucky enough to be from Europe?

well i got the 06 si, its the exact same car, but the 07 has more colors to choose from, don't get punked for your money, alot of dealerships will be well over the msrp pricing -_- atleast here in cali it is...lols but the 06 si hands down, my sister was about to get the ex, but ended up with the TC and i got the Si. Ex was to nippy for her -_________- but considering she blasts down the street at like 100mph's....so =P
