Default First civic...first car!

Hi everyone. Just passed my test and got myself a wee 1991 3dr Si 1.5 auto. It seems to have everything wrong with it (driver window has to be pulled up sometimes, had to buy new battery within 2 days, roof window leaks, driveshaft has just snapped - i think). Hopefully there is a silver lining to this very dark cloud haha.

Hey welcome! I am a newbie to this forum as well... but not to civics lol
I would not be looking to drop the money into an engine swap or tranny swap until you fix the leaks and make sure the electrical isn't shot...
The only thing more depressing than your car dying is to have put a bunch of money into your car and then it dying...
But WELCOME!!!

EF? Not upto date on my car lingo (I'm a stereotypical female, would have my dad to check things for me if he wasnt 12000miles away at home lol)

Paid $1100 NZ for it and spent $500 on it so far so not so much of a bargain as I first thought
