First post today. I also have subscribed to the Civic Yahoo groups however they seem to be a ghost town of sorts.
I'm the original owner of a 93 Civic LX 4 door with just over 231,000 miles on the original engine & transmission. Only other work than a timing belt replacement and water pump in the past has been a head gasket, and left & right CV axle replacement. One of the cardone refab units is now clicking.
Just replaced timing belt, water pump, cam & crank seal last week. I'm hoping to get 400,000 miles out of the car.
All for now.
