Hi Guys and Gals,
I just Picked up a 1998 Civic, from family back east, for pleasure trips(no racing-or mods). It just survived a long trip from Saint Louis Missouri in a day and a half. I have little information about its maintenance history, but she said some repairs were done already: brakes, timing belt(thought there was a chain I dunno) tensioner, regular catalytic converter assembly replaced may be other repairs not known. I am about to swap the radiator out due to leaking from the top reservoir. At first, I thought it was just a bad radiator cap but that was replaced and then it started leaking from the top of the radiator. I sure appreciate this forum, as I know it will be a valuable resource for me. If I need any help I will be sure to create a thread for it. See Ya in the forums.
