Hey everyone my name is George, I'm 19 and I live in Montreal Qc. Last summer I had bought a 2004 Honda Civic Ex from the U.S. and now that I have a basic knowledge of the carI'm looking to mod it up(header, exhaust, cold air intake...mostly performance but I'm also looking for exterior aswell) I dont want to go all out on cash but I'm willing to invest a fair amount into my car.I'm looking for advice on how to get this project started up.

How about putting some lips,fog lights,droppin the car a lil,and some nice rims.
