Just thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Chad. I just bought a '91 Civic CX for $800.00 and I love it. I also Just bought a '91 Civic DX for $300.00 for a parts car. It comes with 15" 5 star rims which will be better than the black winter rims my ride came with. My car has a fat little ractive exhast, done all the way up to the manifold. Performace wires and coil. I am hopeing to put CAI in, as well as a turbo, and some other odds and ends. I bought a Carbon fiber hood from wrecked '92 civic for $150.00 and the projector headlights from it as well for $80.00. Soon my car will be a sweet ride I hope. All that I really need is a paint job. I am going to paint the car orange or blue, I haven't really decided yet. Any thoughts on a colour sceme?

Welcome man. Id say blue thats MO. Orange sounds rice like.

 

hey man congrats on coming upon the civics. ya if you are planning on getting a turbo on the car, then you should research research and do some more researching. how soon are you planning on doing it? also i had my car orange, but painted it blue. i have both colors in my gallery if you want to check it out. i would go with the blue color though.

 

I am planning on doing the turbo next spring or so, I have other things I have to get done to the car first. I picked up my new rimes today, I don't know what they are off of since I am new to hondas. I drove a neon for 5 years and when I seen the cahnce to bey a civic I jumped on it, plus the neon is crapping out. here is a pic of my 1991 cx with a rim leaning on it.
