Default Hello from Canada

Hello all,

Just thought I'd drop a line to say whats up. Not sure how many Canadians there are in here, but hopefully you guys don't think we live in igloos and use dog sleds as a means of transportation.

Anyways, I drive a 96 civic sedan and I've had it for about 5 years now, but I've never really done anything extensive to my car. This summer I had wanted to get some real work done to my car... mainly a swap and maybe build it a little. But unfortunately I lost my job in April and I decided to take some time off before I found another one... two months later. I'm still a student and I'm paying for school on my own so I had to delay those plans until next summer hopefully. Still got a few things done, though.

Here's a few pics. Enjoy! Comments are welcome.

Anyone think 20% tint will look good all around?

Only other mods I'd like to get done are tint, spray job, lips and some suspension upgrades. Hoping for a swap next summer

Welcome to the site! Nice Civic, I really like the brake setup! How much did those cost you? I want to do something similar down the road...

I want the alpine w505 and h701 too. Using the money elsewhere for now, though.

Thanks man. It costs around 8 bills. I wanted to get the 6 piston kit with drilled/slotted rotors but its not like i really need anything like that. Maybe after I get a swap or something.

welcome to HCF, don't worry your not the only canadian on this forum. but wow your civic looks really nice. I'm loving that new brake setup you got and the gold rims on your civic. the only thing that i think would make your civic better is to get some oem or oem style fog lights. also i think 20% tint or maybe even 15% would look sick.
