I'm a new member from Chardon, Ohio. I own a 1998 Honda Civic LX and I wouldn't trade it for the world. My mother passed in 02' and she bought this car for me in 00'. I am going to restore this car someday and give it to my daughter. In the 10 yrs I've owned this beast it has never broken down. 159,000 miles and runs as good as day 1. The only things I put in it are Intake, Exhaust, Headers, Short Shifter, and projector lights. Also have Lowering kit, Shocks, and Strut Tower Braces to install but waiting for winter to end first. I can't say enough about this car, it has been a blessing.

What kind of mods are you looking to do? Performance, or Appearance?

 

Thanks for the reply. I would like to work on performance first but not sure where to start. Money isn't a problem. All the parts I've put in have been from e-bay. There not the best quality parts but I wouldn't mind searching other places to find better quality. Without a motor swap what can I expect from a 1.6 non-vtech with mods? If it is really not worth it I would consider a swap. Any info would be much appreciated.
