Default hello everybody!!

Hello ppl awesome site here! Im from england an own a 96 3dr hatch, resprayed in thunder grey. Its pretty much completely stock at the moment, but ive been hoarding parts for it for a while now an plan on building it up this summer (wiv plenty of pics). Anyway hopefully ive got some useful stuff i can contribute to the forum, and am looking forward to chatting to other enthusiasts .

its an ej9 (EK...but wiv the err 1.4i). sucks i kno, but i could never afford the insurance of a bigger cc engine as im 18 and a student. nice car btw. There many other english ppl on this forum?

Thank's! Yeah there is a few uk members that pop up time to time. And yeah uk insurance is a killer when your young and drive a civic.
One of my mate's younger brother's has an eg 1.5 lsi , he's 18 and pay's £1800 third party.

absolutely, uk car insurance is a joke! I'd love to do an engine swap but the cost of the insurance afterwards is crazy. Thankfully ive got a gud arrangement wiv the engineering firm i work for, else i cudnt even manage a 1.4! I take it that in the U.S you can get away with quite alot....well judging by what some of the guys on here are running.
