I am new to the site so hello to everyone. I am debating on buying a 94 honda civic ex with a 1.6 v-tech.
I wanted to know what to look for befor I duy this honda so that it dosen't become a waste fo time and money. This will be my first honda, how will I know the engine and trans are up to par? Is there anything special I should be looking for?

 

before you get too much razz, change "v-tech" to VTEC, the proper way to write it in a caps and without and h.
