Here we Go
HEy whats going on everyone. I live in a **** town called Carlsbad NM. Yes i know that sucks! Buy hey i found a 1998 Honda Civic Lx 4 dr. sedan, white considerable interior, sound like a fan belt is squeeking but they said it will be fixed in the morning. It has 100,000 miles. I am paying 3900 for it, I never owned a civic b for and was wondering if it was worth my time. I have no other cars and a new job so it would be my only transportation. How long will it run to engine seems to sound normal I really don't care about body kits but wanna kick some *** on the black. Considering my situation what are some basic mods i can do to the engine thats cheap but like i said kick some *** on the black. Help please Im out thanks everyone anything would be considered

RE: Here we Go
Congrats on the purchase. Basic mods are always intake, header, exhaust. 100,000 miles is just beginning in a Civic. I bought my first Civic in 95' (92' DX sedan) with 100,000 miles on it for $6000. It ran like a top till almost 200k when I traded it for the coupe. Welcome to HCF!
