well i just bought a 89 civic hb about a month ago. just finished a b18a1 swap this week! turned out great! wasnt as difficult as i thought it would be! just lookin to learn more about hondas. ill put up pics tomarrow.

yeah its my first swap! it also has a ys1 tranny, 15 in acura rims, cold air intake, custom 2.5in exhaust with no cat and magnaflow muffler, and prelude seats. ive still got a long way yo go with the car but for the money it was a good start!

ok ill remember that! most other forums ive been in used to have a cow for pics that big!

 

Car looks good..pretty clean...get some side moldings and it will look hot.

One suggestion, i would tape your cold air intake so it doesn't ground out on your battery. There has been plenty of efs that catch fire from grounding on the CAI.
