Default Hey everyone!!

My name is ian, and i'm 15 lol. I will be learning for my permit soon and i plan to purchase a civic for my first car (92-95)
i just came to learn more about the cars so

Now that you have joined HCF, all I can say is "good choice". A civic 92-95 is perfect for a beginners car and modifications and tuning options are endless for that year. If anything goes wrong with the car, most of the guys at HCF will tell you how to fix it.

yeah theres no big difference between those years and they all have potential so..an you don't need a 94 or a 95 to get a vtec, you can put one in any of those.

Well if you had thought before you had typed this post, he is a teen getting his first car. Most teenagers do not have the money to do a motor swap after they have purchased their first vehicle. Or, want to go through that pain with there first vehicle as well. If you're going to mod, and this is a year you're looking at anyway i'd get the 94-95 because thats when the vtec was first put in the vehicles. The only way he'd find one with a vtec in the earlier models is if someone had already done a motor swap, and that would more than likely be an exspensive car. So think before you mindlessly try to contradict one of my thought out posts.
