Hey everyone. Figured I'd make my first post an actual introductory post.

I'm J.M., and I just purchased my first car - a 2010 Honda Civic LX in Urban Titanium Metallic, and I'm absolutely in love with the car. I can see where the Honda Civic owners get the love for 'em.

And yeah, I'm loving the color. When I saw it online first, I wasn't too interested in it, but when I saw it in person, I definitely took a liking to it.

And I have an update to make:



My mom loved my Civic enough that she traded in her 2007 Pontiac G8 for a 2010 Honda Civic LX in Alabaster Silver last Saturday, haha.

Now I just need to get my dad to convert and we'll be a Honda family.

 

aww the poor g8 lol. I would definitely miss the pep the g8 had compared to the civic. Anyways do you have any plans for it?

 

congrats on your new purchase,I too bought a 2010 honda civic Dx-G, just over a week and over 1000 kms on it already,I love driving it every chance I get,I share your excitement.

 

Haha, yeah, the G8 was nice, but my mom bought it new in 2007 and it now has almost 80,000 miles, so she decided to trade in and get something that is a bit friendly to a 25 mile commute.



And honestly, I'm not too sure if I have any upgrades/customizations planned for it. I'm thinking about picking up the fog lights for it, and maybe getting a sub, but there's not much that I've got on my mind.

Any suggestions? This is my first car, so I don't have much experience with adding stuff to cars, obviously.



Very nice, and congrats to you as well! And yeah, I've been driving it as much as possible, including taking routes that might take longer, but let me drive a bit more.
