Hi All, I'm the latest FNG heh heh
Found this site while looking at buying a used civic to eliminate my $250 a month fuel bill, so I ended up getting a '95 EX w/1.6L Vtec, 193K on it. Even though I think I may have paid a little too much for it, it's a clean little machine, drives nice and runs great. I've already changed my MT fluid with help from the DIY section here, so I thought I'd at least introduce myself.
Cheers!

Okay, Here's a couple pics......
Considering it's a 12 yr old car that was sold in MN, and most likely has stayed in MN, I was highly impressed with how clean the undercarriage was and how little rust there is on the car.

Yeah, had to have the 5 speed, less crap to go wrong
and better fuel economy.
Paid 3K, but had to do the timing belt and had to have the oil pan replaced too, it was developing pin holes and leaking. If I hadn't had to get those 2 items fixed, it would've been a decent price, but all in all I think I paid too much. But I had to do something, drivin my K1500 70 mi. a day was getting too expensive!

Nah, no mods for me...I'm an old timer. I just needed a dependable car that doesn't guzzle gas, so I figured I'd get a honda, and civics were in my price range. I wanted the coupe for power to weight ratio, plus I usually drive solo anyway, so I didn't really care to get a 4 door.
