Default Hi Nooby from GA need some help with 95lx

Ive got a 95 civic lx 1.5 non vtech 5spd. and its a great gas saving car and its got 146k miles on it. So far ive tuned it up plugs and wires, timing belt and wp. The cars running great Except in the mornings when cold!!! It will have a knock or loud tap sound when under a strain, when cold but only when cold once its warm its quiet as a mouse. What needs to be done! Thanks

I ran a tank of mid grade fuel to make sure its not just spark knock. thats not it. Also ran a couple cans of seafoam through it so no more carbon.
