Yeah but what I mean silly is that I could have sworn I saw
it kinda light up or maybe it was the sun shinning on it
but anyway, I mean how often does it come on?
Every 20k or 60k or what?

How come when I drive it doesn't seem like I have a lot of get up
and go?
That is the only bad part about (my) civic

if you mean less than normal... it might be your oil needs to be changed, or the fuel/oil filter, maybe even the spark plugs and/or wires?

The CEL (check engine light) comes on when the computer senses something wrong, it means take it to a mechanic to see whats wrong, unless you know what it is.

They would have already taken care of that correct?

I would hope they changed all that... also, your going to feel less power when the A/C is running, that might be it?

Thanks... I've spent about $3,000 so far, in july it will be another $3,000 (supercharger and exhaust)

You know what it has been pretty hot lately...I did have the air on (duhhh eboni)
You know...everyone keeps telling me that the gas mileage it great...I don't really see a difference
from my last car too much.

is your civic gas tank smaller than your last car? If so then its costing you less to fill up and giving you at least the same mileage if not more.

you can find a simple one for like $200 installed, a nice one for close to $300

DEI and Viper are really good... most alarms now have engine kills in them
