honda civic ex, 2003 with 115000 miles-

My honda recently started slowing down considerbly while driving as if it wants to stall. I had this happened few times. Is this happened to any honda owner ? If this is a computer problem, is still covered by honda warrenty ? Please help.

might be a fuel pump problem. not sure "new member introductions" is the place for this thread.
