How do I post pictures?

I've been on this thing for a long time but I've never put an icon on or anything... how do you put a picture on the far left under my screenname? WHat size do I have to shrink the pic down to?

Click on " My Profile " and insert an avaitor I think it needs to be 115x125 or something like that. It says in your profile area. Good luck.
