Default Howdy

Been a long time Civic owner. Had a 1988 LXgo 420,000km before it bumped a curb and bent the subframe (I was going sideways down the road in it)but had to drivea crappy Chevy Cavalier until I could save enough to move in to a 1999 Civic EX-G and now in a 2003 EX-G with about 215,000km on it.

I made the mistake of doing some serious service without first coming here. Honda Dealer's are a total write off from customer service standpoint, except for Kitchener Honda who has always treated me fairly, and been very attentive even if I'm there for a question.

Anyway. Glad I'm here now.

No worries, being a three time owner I'm well aware of the vampirous nature of dealerships. And I don't mind from time to time going the dealer route. What concerns me more is that Dealerships seem to be getting worse, not better. They're getting bigger, and have to push more product. It's sad, but the customer gets left behind, or taken advantage of.
