....it has a CAI and thats it. its a 5 speed.. where do i start? i have about eh, 800 bucks to start with. i dont want to put all my money on one thing. i was thinking a catback exhaust. but after that i have no clue where to start. please help me with some ideas!!

 

are you looking for just a low cost way to get speed?

 

I say upgrade to gsr brakes all around, then get SS brakelines and some decent pads, then later when you add power, youll be able to stop as well, and what is really more useful? good brakes, or 10 hp? just remember, if you rearend someone, its usually your fault, if someone else rearends you because you stop faster than them, its ussually their fault.

 

pretty much. plus i want to learn things step by step, not put a big and expensive thing on, and then learn why it WONT run after it broke already...

Maybe go with the brake upgades and some cool suspension. Even with a lack of power itll handle like crazy, just like Iggys 85, lol.
