I have a EK 96 DX 5speed ! My tranny is about to go out and my fukin engine is slower then some herion addict !

I want an EASY swap cause im not use to swapping Honda engines cause i have worked with Nissan KA24DE models. But anyway
i understand that the B16 or B18c5 are very good swaps but need a lot of mods to make it 100%.

I want a USDM engine with manual tranny and what would be the cheapest engine and tranny swap there is out there for the D series motor mounts ???????

 

how cheap are you looking for? i mean there is the b16a2, b20 and b18c1 which would probably be your best bet. those are the cheapest b series swaps there are. what are you looking for out of the new engine?

easiest cheapest and to make a little quicker would be the d16y8 out of an ex model that would take the stuff you already have. go with that. its single cam vtec not real fast but better than what you have now.
