idle control system failure? Please Help Me!

Hello to everyone. I have the biggest problem with my luck with my 99 si. Well living in the state of Texas, thunderstorms come and go when they want. I had to replace my B16A2 due to the water or shall I say the amout of water that was sucked up when my intake cone went diving into the water that flooded the streets. So I got the problem fixed at my local Honda dealer, 4 grand later and 15 miles on a new motor and my check engine light comes on and the car stalls. I looked up the code on the computer and it says that the idle control system is failing and that the part will about $150. The question is can I fix it myself or take it to the dealership and pay out he ass again. Any feedback and help would be great. If you can help me from ass raped at the dealership please feel free to call me at 254 368 6694 or email me at adam.buck@us.army.mil
