This might not be the right place to ask this questionplease fogive me,I am disabled and am not A very fast typer so pls have patience.I own A 1992 civic 1.5litre & recently my idle has suddenly dropped and some say it has to do with theICV valve and I should clean it.Any advice would be Greatly Appreciated.I am on fixed income due to my disability & do not have alot of money.Thank-you for your time
