I have a 96 Honda civic lx, it idles high on cold start then surges once warmed up. I've changed the throttle position sensor, map sensor, coolant sensor, I've cleaned throttle body and air control valve/sensor. Still no change, there's no short in wiring nor vacuum leak. Plz help

 

You've got an air leak somewhere most likely... either in vacuum line or possibly IACV gasket or something like that.
