Default Introducing Mr Marc :)

Hi, all!

Just realized I had an account on this forum that I never used, and now that I'm actually beginning to mod my 99 DX Coupe, I figured I might as well start using it.

Looking forward to a great experience on here.

Thanks for the warm welcome, guys. I'm recently moved out of SF (split with my ex) and moved in with family up in Fairfield until I can find an affordable place back on the peninsula.

As for the car, don't be mislead by the pic. My DX coupe still has the black molding and door handles. That pic was of course taken before I installed the fog lights. I recently got the car, so I'm still saving up to get it lowered. I'll probably throw some Si wheels on there, once I find a decent set that doesn't disappear 5 minutes after it's posted on Craigslist (lol). I also plan on painting the molding and the mirrors to match the paint, and will most likely replace the door handles with white ones (I'm not too sure about painting a part that will get handled daily). As for engine mods, well, it's a D-series on a slush-o-matic, so there's not much I really want to do to it without feeling silly. I mean, even the idea of slapping on an intake and exhaust makes me chuckle. It's a commuter car, so I probably want to keep the mileage good, but I do want to make it nice and comfy.

So far, aside from the depo fogs I've installed, I've replaced the cluster with an EX cluster, and swapped out my interior lighting with blue LED's to compliment my head unit. I'm running two 12's in the trunk, and replaced the factory speakers with Polk Audio db series.

The first major mod I want to do is to lower the car and slap on some new kicks. Then I might want to do headlight retro, since my night vision is getting crappy from all the years of computer work. Heh.
