Just a note, if you guys are planning to stay book your hotel ASAP! A lot of people are taking in the show and staying for the Super Bowl so its gonna be tricky to get something on short notice.

Also, the roads in Detroit are sh*t, so if your ride is surfing pavement--rent a car or borrow something from grandma. Its winter and the potholes are insane! If you have AAA membership get them to give you a triptic that will take you around the construction too. It'll save a lot of time and the risk of getting lost. You don't want to drive a nice ride in the wrong part of town.

IF you have a CCW and your laws reciprocate with MI bring your Buddy. You cant take it to the show, but having it in the glove box isn't such a bad call. BTW i used to be the fuzz in Indianapolis.

I'm a retail manager now--It blows, but its paying for my second trip to college and I have weekends off. You win some & you lose some.

just under a year. I was still finishing FTO Training when the wifey started freakin out on me. Its a shame, I would have been a damn good detective someday. I'm going into the sciences now at school, but cant decide where to focus. I just can't be an office jockey, I'm not cut for it. I'm actually considering automotive tech. believe it or not! I wike to work with my hands & it beats pushin a pencil.
