My grandmother recently bought a 2007 Civic, which she ended up paying 22,000 for. I don't know much about the pricing for cars, but that is 4k over MSRP. I believed she got duped because of her old age. What should the pricing have been?

being in hawaii does factor into the equation a bit, because everything is more expensive on the islands.
