Hey I have a 2006 civic sedan and i was wondering what i could do to it to get a bit more power out of it.

my mom bought one and my dad bought her a k&n filter and is looking for a chip, but it's so new that most companies don't have them yet i guess. I'd put some 16's or 17's on it with a little bit wider rubber. I don't like how hers handles that much. Is it a 5spd?
