Welcome, and you may need to get your tires aligned, also has the civic been in any accidents previously? I used to have a car that had a very slight bent frame and it would always wear down the front right tire, is it all 4 tires that wear down the same or just one or two? I'd take it to a tire place and ask them to check and see if your tires need to be a ligned.

I think you may have a bent frame dude, don't quote me on that until you get it checked on a mechanic first. I was given a Ford Crown Victoria a while ago and the guy went over a big pot hole which bent the frame slightly like i said on my above post and it was eating through one of the front tires. It sounds like you are having a pretty similar problem, may want to get that checked asap, problems like that can lead to more problems. Hopefully if it is the frame they can pull it out for you and straighten it, unluckily for my Crown Victoria it couldn't be fixed so i drove it till the wheels fell off (metaphorically speaking).
