Hey guys. I just bought a white '04 Civic Si. It has the typical intake and exhuast mods. My future plans are full coilovers for autocross, wheels and tires. I'm kind of a newb to the Honda scene so I thought I'd join up here and see if I could get some advice and gain some knowledge. I'll post pictures of my car up when I take some.

WTF? You've never seen an exhaust on an EP3? Are you living in a cave, Nike?

As long as it isn't too loud or doesn't have a fart cannon, exhausts are a nice way to get a few hp and that deep sound.

 

It has a GIANT fart cannon. I haven't heard it yet but just looking at it I know I'm not going to like the sound. I'm looking for a stock one right now.

 

There isnt many modded EP3's in my area.
And most of the ones i see are owned my old ladies or old men without intentions of modding..

Although i have seen probably 3 nice EP3s with blacked out tails and Nice rims lol as far as i have seen them modded personally.

Stock is the greatest. Period. hehe.

Sell the fart can, go stock or at least an oval canister aftermarket exhaust

 

YOU might, but he might not and MY exhaust doesn't sound raspy or tinny or sh!tty period. The exhaust all depends on the brand you should know this. What I'm trying to say is not ALL cannons sound like ****, just do your research and look up the exhaust on Youtube.

 

They're all loud, which IMO makes them sound bad, regardless of whether it's raspy or not.

I'm entitled to an opinion, and i'm just offering my opinion of what to do.

I don't like the way they look either, but that's another story.
