Default New Guy

Hello, everyone! I'm kinda new in town. I've been checking out the site for a while and recently decided to join. First of all, I love the site!! I continue to learn more and more about our beloved civics as I go along! Which brings me to mine. A 2004 Si. GREAT CAR!!! I bought it new 8/04 and after a year I,m ready to do what I've been talking about for so long! My wife has a 2004 EX coupe which I think needs a little more GO but she would rather it look good. Mine has to be fast!! But where to start?!?! With that said I turn to all of you. Comments on both would be GREAT!!! Look forward to reading!

Welcome to the site[sm=welcomesign.gif]..i would start the way everyone else starts out for go, a good air intake, headers, cat-back exhust, and high-flow cat, that will free up the air flow alot, after that its up to what you want you want to make it...

^correct! Freeing up the airflow is usually the first step most people take. Then maybe some strut/sway bars to lessen the body roll. After that, possibilities are endless. Welcome aboard and good luck!

Which brands would you suggest? Might sound dumb but Im looking for the best reliability. Will have the car for a while, although the '06 is tempting, whatever I do it has to last!! Still too new to know which are the best, which is half the reason Im here!! I have some good ideas, but would like to hear from all of you.

Check out the stickies in the intake, header, exhuast forum. Theres a lot of useful info in there about what brands everyone prefers.
