New guy here, opinions needed!

What's up guys? I'm new here and I've been looking for an older civic for a while and I found this one above.
I have talked to the guy and he seems honest. I am not really familiar with civics, so I am just getting opinions if this price is reasonable? The seller is firm on the price also(he may even be a member, who knows). The body has 203k on it. Thanks for all input.
