Whats up guys.....I am a new member and i just bought a 98 civic ex SOHC vtec. I am thinking of lowering it on kyb gr-2 struts and tenzo r 2.25 inch lowering springs.....anyone oppose? any problems with this combo? rough ride? etc. I dont wanna make any mistakes and mess up the ride.......let me know

Any time you lower a car the ride will become rougher, also with a 2.25 drop you are going to want to invest in a camber kit. Do a search you'll find loads of opinions and suggestions for lowering. Good luck with your ride!!! Keep us posted.

hey man welcome to the forum im not to far away from you i live in cocoa beach and im in orlando usually a couple times a week do you ever go out to bithlo?

 

Nah i just moved to orlando from the u.s. virgin islands, i have no idea where bithlo is......But the street racing scene in orlando is CRAZY, I was out there saturday night man it was off the chains, i can't wait to lower my car and do some other stuff to it, do you ever come to orlando's races?

I got a standard, i just dont enjoy driving unless it is manual. to me, automatics are boring lol....but thats just my opinion......u in florida??? maybe we can look for some parts together....i dont mind since we got the same model and all.
