Hey all, new to the forum, used to have an 88 dx hatchback. We just traded a jeep for a 97 dx coupe, and are looking for some good advice and acquaintances. It's stock aside from rims and euro tail lights, and some tint. Had to do new O2 sensors to pass deq.. has a cracked exhaust manifold, leaky pass side outer boot seal on tranny, and a sticky throttle.. I love it tho, as does my wife (her commuter). Till I fix the issues tho it's my DD haha!

 

Fixed the sticky feeling throttle that wouldn't engage till appx 1/5 of the way depressed. Did so by adjusting the "slack" on the throttle cable, under the air filter box on driver side. That and a cleaning to the throttle body with chemtool cleaner, and she's good as new.


Now to repair the pass side (and maybe driver side too) outer boot seal(s).
