Default New Honda Owner

Okay so for the last 7 years I've been driving a 2000 Ford Mustang Convertible. In the last couple years, everything has gone down hill with this car.

(1) The convertible top stopped functioning and started leaking on the passenger side (making the female NOT happy).

(2) The check engine light has been on for a reoccuring problem with an air mass controller.

(3) Leather seats were ripped and cracked.

(4) Paint was chipping and falling apart etc

And of course, never ending repairs for small things.

After making a purchase of two Honda PCX150's (Scooters) and the experience of "Honda Quality" on my bike. Decided to just pay the extra dime on a good Japanese car!

Bought this car

2012 Honda Civic EX w/ 7,500 miles on it.

Paid $15,900 for it. Holy crap does this thing get great gas mileage!

Monday I'm getting all 20% tints around and adding my subwoofers that were in the mustang!

Welcome!
Sorry to hear about the problems you have had with your Mustang, I also own a 2000 mustang but I haven't had any of the problems you have experienced (crossed my fingers)
Good choice on a civic, haven't had any issues with my 03, so I would say they are very reliable.
