Hello all - I just bought a '99 EX w/56k miles from my parents to use as daily commuter. So I figured I find a knowledgebale group of ownerd to discuss various issues that come up. So I'm stopping by to say hello.

How much did you buy it for? A 99 EX with such low mileage is definitely a good investment

 

Well I did buy it from my parents. Since new, the car was driven around town by my mother, who five years ago had a stroke that left her unable to drive. My father, two brothers and I would take the car for a drive a few times per month, so it never sat more than a couple of weeks in the garage. My father took $5k. Good deal?

$5k is a good price for a 99 EX that only has 56,000 miles on it. My 99 has 156,000. haha

Is your new car stick, or auto? Any plans on modding, or showing us pics?
