My name is Paul. Im from Orange County Ny (New Windsor Ny)
i have a 96 honda civic ex
im here to learn

cool and welcome the first thing i would do is clean out your engine bay jeeze hah, wheels and tires and lower

i'd go for a cool air intake first that would prolly be the easyest but its your car i dont want to tell you what mods you have to get lol just roll with it
