New member from Australia
Hi all,
As a new member who loves his 1986 Civic, its great to find a forum with fellow Civic enthusiasts. I have owned my Civic since new and although freinds and family have told me to get a new car, I just cannot bare to part with it. It is so reliable, economical and in 20 years has not missed a beat. Its done 290 000 km (179000 miles). Unfortunately the ravages of the harsh Austrlian sun have taken their toll on the old girl and the paint work is very average. The interior though has stood up well compared to Australian made cars. Mechanically the car is still running strongly. If honda cars are still made to the same high standards, my next car will have to be a Honda.
cheers
Nigel
