I live in northern Ohio about 4 miles from the lake. (Erie)

I retired from government contracting after almost 39 years.

We bought our '06 Civic EX on my birthday and my wife immediately took it over for her daily driver and left me with my Ford Ranger.
She has about 85 K miles on it and it averages about 34 mpg with an automatic tranny. On a couple of steady speed highway runs on cruise I've gotten well over 40 mpg. 30 mpg is the worst in 5 years. We are very happy with it.
