Hey guys, I just picked up a 91 civic LX. Unfortunately I didn't speak the owner's language very well and I couldn't figure out what kind of engine he swapped in it. It's definitely faster than stock, so I want to see what kind of motor and get the full specs so I can start thinking about what to do with it. Can anyone help me out?

 

look next to the header on the left (looking at it from the front) of the block and see what code is stamped into the flat spot there, then post up and let us know.

 

im guessing its a b16.......could be a b18 but most likely not an H22
