Not a lot haha... I'm sure this summer I will have more money to spend on things, but I'm saving my money for things I want to do to my car. I think it will be cheaper for me getting things installed though because my dad owns a body shop so he knows how to install things, I just never know what I need to get. So what does a header and high-flow cat do for my exhaust? And what about exhaust tips, do you think those would look okay on a silver civic?

screw the tips, as long as you have a cat-back on there already (which I'm only assuming/hoping you do) you'll have no need for a new tip. It will basically just make it sound like ***... A header and high-flow cat will help to open up the lungs of the car. A car that breathes better, runs better. It will enhance throtlle response, and keep you from bogging down going up hills and what not.

...you may want to get a pic of the underside of your car to be sure you do in fact have a cat-back

Underneath my car? Or the back of it? Sorry I have so many questions lol... I told you I know nothing about exhaust, I guess you have to learn some how.

Exactly, you'll never learn anything if you dont do your research. The Search feature at the top of the page is VERY helpful in answering a lot of "newb" quiestions.

...anyway, snap a pic of the back of the bar, and try to get one of the undercarriage (bottom side) so that I'll have a better idea as to what type of exhaust is on there right now

Here are some pictures... I don't know if they're good pictures of the exhaust. Don't look at the back bumper, it's gross underneath lol.

I will get a better picture either tonight or tomorrow. Sorry that it's so hard for me to get a good picture, it's snowing outside so it was hard to get on the ground.
