Default pressing hard on the brakes

I bought a 06 DXG back in July and the two or three times I've had to press on the brakes harder than normal, I hear (and feel) this wierd sound. It sounds/feels like the brakes are 'rattling'. Even though I've driven for years, this is my first car. Is this normal when you press on the brakes too hard or should I be taking the car back to the dealership?.

What is a DXG? if it is under warranty just take it to the dealership and they'll look at it.

Check to see if anything is loose, or check your brake fluid.

Yes, you're right.

I just called Honda and they said the same thing.

Thanks.
