how do you do it?
this is what im thinkin. youre driving. then you push down clutch and downshift into lower gear. then with the clutch still pressed down push gas and rev to where you think it would be when you let go of clutch. then let off clutch slowly (because when you let off quickly it kicks) and hold gas at same spot then slowly ease off of gas if you wanna slow down. is this right?

Most drives give it gas while letting off the clutch to get rpms going, not have a delayed shift time due to trying to rev the car up and hold it there before you slowly let off of the clutch. Just give it a little gas as letting off the clutch and it'll be a smooth shift.

I never knew that was what it was called, I just did it because I thought it was a smoother shift.
