welcome to the forum, not a bad choice looks like a clean civic but seems overpriced to me with a little more money you could get a 06 civic

 

Beautiful car, but like peg said with a little bit more money you could ****** up a sexy 06

 

Thanks for the advice. Man this damn dealership keeps trying to tell me that it is like $1,000 under the bluebook. So I don't know if they are trying to budge off that price. And I don't think I could scrap together another 7-10K for a '06.

They are telling you its 1k under dealer blue book, not private seller.

The dealership is trying to rip you off. At my dealership in Boston, where things are expensive in general, 05's are like 14 k.

 

walk away, that baby is overpriced.

 

I found another '05 Civic SE EX. They said they wanted $16,488 for it. Can you guys tell them what you think.

ok Ive had a 2002 civic 4 door then traded it for a 2005 civic 2 door and then a 2006 civic si ( thank you balloon lease ) first things the 05s that you are trying to buy are expensive , i had 20k on my 05 and they sold it for 2 k less then the 05 your looking at id say look in the auto trader and look at little moms and pops car lots for 16 or 17k you could buy a 06 or Evan 07 civic with a 1.8L k (standard in all models not SI ) rather then the 1.7L d

if your still looking for the 05s id pay 13 maybe 14.500 only reason i say this is because I've seen them for that price- good luck
