i just moved to to lubbock to go to texas tech and there is absolutely no drainage system, so when it rains the water is extremely high. since i have a cold air intake and i was planning on getting a bypass valve or something but i dunno. any suggestions? i definately it need but i really dont want to lose power if there is another way to go.

They do not affect the sound at all, it just lets air in if the intake starts to suck water in.
