Hello, my first post here

I am looking to buy a 52 plate Honda Civic SE Vtech Sport, hopefully this weekend...

Is there anything particular that I should look out for? Any common problems...

I tried a search but really couldnt think of what to search for, so if its been discussed before just point me in the direction of the thread

No no no, you got it wrong.. lol. Yes, all of us mods are really nice and super cool and welcome everybody when we can. I was laughing because recently we put a ban on the word V*tech. Its really vtec. And we did it for a joke. And you happened to spell it that way so it stars it out like a normal cuss word!

Anyway, welcome to the forum. Dont worry too much about mileage. Do a carfax. See who the driver is. If its some kid thats under 21 then I wouldnt really be interested in buying it because normally kids destroy cars at that age.

Also, if you get a carfax and it shows damage, make sure it was only body damaged since that can always be easily replaced and fixed. If its frame damaged, forget about it.

www.carfax.com . It will explain it. It basically knows the entire history of the car.
